Local legislation in Southern California are taking acts forward in an attempt to legalize the controlled use of marijuana to the public. This will be the first full scape implementation attempt since Prop 20 of the bill in 2004. When asked how Californians felt about the bill, the consensus was that they were unaware it was illegal.
